I'm approaching it differently this year, but first, wanted to share this absolute gem (if you're offended by priests on camera, the below probably isn't for you):
BE KIND.
1. Don't be a jerk.
2. Honor the absent.
3. Give others the benefit of the doubt.
It's really that simple.
That said, this year I'm taking on a 40acts challenge I found. It's the concept of "doing Lent generously". Every day I'll receive a simple act to do and it's up to me to decide how much time I want to devote to it daily. So instead of giving something up, I'm giving something time.
