I've decided to take on an April fitness challenge!

A plank a day, thanks to the Fitnessista!

I finished Day 2 this morning and let me just say: if I can really make it happen and get up to three minutes by April 30, I'll be shocked and impressed with myself.

Let's do this, Abs in April!
